What file formats do you accept for stationery?
Print-ready PDF is preferred. Depending on the product, other common artwork formats may also be suitable. Aim for 300 DPI, CMYK colour and the required bleed. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can confirm the artwork requirements.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the product, specification and delivery option. The available timing for your order will be confirmed as part of the ordering process.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Where a digital proof is required, we send it for approval before production. Please check artwork, spelling and customer details carefully before approving.
What if I don't have a design ready?
You can choose "I'll send my design later" on the product page, or ask about design support through our quote request form. We'll review the details and confirm the appropriate next steps.
Do you deliver across the UK?
We offer UK-wide delivery. Available delivery options and charges are shown during checkout where applicable to the order.
Can I order a custom size or finish that isn't listed?
Custom sizes and finishes may be available depending on the product and specification. Use the Request a Quote option and send us the details so we can confirm availability and pricing.
