What file formats do you accept for banners & signage?
Print-ready PDF is best (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4). We also accept JPG, PNG, AI and EPS. Aim for 300 DPI, CMYK colour, with 3 mm bleed on every edge. Not sure if your file is right? Upload it anyway — we check every job before it goes to press.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days on Standard delivery. Need it sooner? Choose Express (2–3 working days) or Next Day at checkout — order by 2pm on a working day for next-day production.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes — every order gets a free digital PDF proof for sign-off before we go to press. Nothing prints until you say so.
What if I don't have a design ready?
You have two easy options. (1) Choose "I'll send my design later" on the product page and we'll email you to pick it up after checkout. (2) Ask for our design service — our UK team will put together a clean, on-brand artwork for a small fee. Just request a quote and we'll come back within 24 hours.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We ship to all UK addresses — Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man. Carriage costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I order a custom size or finish that isn't listed?
Almost certainly yes. Use the Request a Quote button on the product page or visit our quote-request form. Tell us the spec and we'll come back with a price within 24 hours.
